What plate weights should I buy?+
A starter set: 4 x 1.25kg, 4 x 2.5kg, 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg. Heavier lifters add 4 x 20kg pairs. Bumper plates if you do Olympic lifts.
Are these standard or Olympic plates?+
Olympic plates with 50mm bore. They fit any Olympic barbell. Standard plates with 25mm bore are smaller and not interchangeable.
Bumper plates or iron plates?+
Bumper plates are designed to be dropped (Olympic lifting). Iron plates suit slow lifts (squats, presses) and are cheaper per kg.
Do you deliver to Dubai and Abu Dhabi?+
Yes. UFS offers free next-day delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. Western Region orders ship on a custom quote.
Do you offer setup or installation?+
