Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, Tamara (BNPL — split your purchase into 3 or 4 interest-free payments), and bank transfer for B2B orders.
Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?+
Yes, on orders under AED 5,000. We confirm by phone before dispatch to reduce no-shows. COD has a small handling fee shown at checkout.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?+
Yes, all prices on the site include 5% UAE VAT.
Can I cancel my order?+
Yes, free cancellation any time before the order ships. Once shipped, standard return policy applies. See Cancellation Policy.
Delivery & Installation
How fast is delivery?+
Next-day across UAE on most products. Order before 2 PM (Sun–Thu) for same-day dispatch. Heavy commercial equipment may take 2–3 working days with white-glove install. See Shipping.
Do you offer installation?+
Yes. White-glove install (delivery + assembly + testing in your room) is included free on most heavy equipment, or available as an add-on at checkout for AED 150–500 depending on item.
What if my building has no working elevator?+
We add a small floor walkup fee (AED 50/floor) on heavy items only when elevator is unavailable. Always confirmed with you by phone before delivery.
Returns & Warranty
Can I try a treadmill before buying?+
Yes — we offer a 7-day in-home trial on heavy cardio + strength equipment (Tier C). If you don't love it, we pick it up and refund minus 25% restock. See Returns.
What's the warranty on equipment?+
Warranty depends on the product. Motorised and electronic gear — treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, saunas, multi-gyms — carries manufacturer warranty (frame, motor, parts, labor) shown in the “Warranty” section of that product's page. Free weights, balls, mats, racks, accessories and similar passive items don't carry a manufacturer warranty — they're covered by our 7-day return / defect window instead. Where warranty applies we honor it through UFS-authorized service partners in the UAE — no shipping internationally for repairs.
What if my equipment breaks down?+
WhatsApp us with photos / videos. Our repair team responds within 24 hours and dispatches a technician on the next working day in most cases. Where the product carries an active manufacturer warranty, covered repairs are free; out-of-warranty or non-warranty items get a quote before any work starts.
Products & Specs
Are these original / authorized?+
Yes — UFS is an authorized dealer for every brand we sell. You get authentic stock, original parts, and UAE-local service. Manufacturer warranty is honored where it applies (typically motorised / electronic gear). We never sell grey-market or refurbished products as new.
Do products include a warranty card / serial?+
Products that carry a manufacturer warranty — treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, saunas, multi-gyms and other motorised / electronic equipment — ship with the manufacturer's warranty card and a serial number registered to your order. Free weights, accessories and passive items don't carry a warranty card — they're covered by our 7-day return / defect window. Keep your invoice either way — it's your proof of purchase for any service claim.
