Returns & Trial

Bought something and changed your mind? Here's the quick version. The full legal text is in our Refund Policy.

Three things to know

  1. Sealed = full refund. If the original packaging is intact, you get 100% back (you arrange ship-back, OR pay AED 250 for our pickup on heavy items).
  2. Opened/used = restock fee. Depending on the product tier, 0% (small accessories) to 25% (heavy equipment) is deducted to cover refurbishment.
  3. Tier C heavy equipment has a 7-day trial. Treadmills, ellipticals, racks etc. — try at home for 7 days, decide. If you return: 25% restock fee, free pickup.

Step-by-step: how to return

  1. Message us within the return window — WhatsApp is fastest, or email hello@unitedfitnessstore.com with your order number + reason
  2. We confirm eligibility within 24 hours and tell you the next step
  3. For heavy items: we schedule a pickup slot
  4. For small items: we send a return label or address to ship back
  5. We inspect on receipt + refund within 7 working days

Damaged or wrong item?

Different process — we move fast. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or wrong item. Free replacement, full refund, or item swap — your choice. No restocking fee ever applies in this case.

Refund timing

  • Card: 5–10 working days (depends on bank)
  • Tabby / Tamara: 3–5 working days (refund through their app)
  • Bank transfer / COD: 3–5 working days, requires IBAN
