Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order before it has shipped, free of charge. Once shipped, the order falls under our Refund Policy.
How to cancel

- If your order has not yet been packed, we cancel it immediately
- Full refund processed to original payment method within 5–7 working days
Cancellation cutoff
We typically pack orders within 24 hours of placement on working days. Cancellation requests received before packing are honored at no charge. After packing, the order is in transit and follows our return process instead.
Pre-orders and back-orders
For pre-orders or items marked “ships in X weeks”, you can cancel any time before the item ships and get a full refund. We'll notify you 48 hours before shipping so you have a final chance to cancel.
Custom or personalized orders
Custom installations, branded equipment, or items modified to your spec (e.g., engraved, custom color) cannot be cancelled once production has started. We'll confirm in writing before starting custom work.
Refund timing
- Card payments: 5–10 working days (depends on bank)
- Tabby / Tamara: 3–5 working days via the BNPL provider
- Bank transfer: 3–5 working days, requires IBAN
