Fair returns. No surprises.

We carry everything from yoga mats to commercial treadmills — different items, different return rules. Your product page shows the exact tier and terms upfront so there's nothing to argue about later. Effective for all UAE orders.

The 7-Day Trial

For heavy installed items (Tier C), you get a 7-day trial period from delivery. Use it gently. If it's not for you, message us before day 7 and we'll arrange a return.

After day 7, the trial automatically converts to a confirmed sale. Returns after that move to the warranty / defect path only — no change-of-mind refunds.

We send reminder emails on day 5 and day 7 so you don't miss the window. The trial protects buyers who genuinely don't love a product, while keeping things fair for the team that delivered, installed, and supported you.

How it works

5 steps to a refund

Start your request
Open your order in your account or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us which item, why, and whether it's sealed or opened. We respond within 4 hours.

Send 4+ photos
Photos protect both sides. We need clear shots of: the box (sealed/opened), the product condition, any damage, and the serial number plate.

Confirm shipping path
Sealed item, you ship it: drop with Aramex/Fetchr or hand to our team if you're nearby. Sealed item, UFS pickup: pay the per-item pickup fee shown on the product page. Opened item: UFS picks up at no extra charge (restocking fee applies).

Inspection
Item arrives at our Dubai warehouse. We inspect, take 8+ photos, and assign a verdict: As-new (full refund), Lightly used (restocking fee applies), Heavy use (refund denied with appeal path).

Refund
Refund issued to your original payment method within the timeline shown on your tier (5-14 business days). You'll get an email and WhatsApp confirmation.
Special case

Defective on arrival

If your item arrives damaged, missing parts, or doesn't match the description — that's on us regardless of tier. UAE Federal Law 15/2020 protects you on defective goods, and we honor that fully.

Send us photos within 14 days of delivery and we'll either replace the item, repair it, or issue a full refund — your choice. Pickup is on us. No restocking fee. Tier D "non-returnable" items are still covered for defects.

What we won't refund

  • Tier C items returned with heavy use. Inspection photos at delivery and at pickup are compared. If the item shows wear inconsistent with a 7-day trial (excessive belt wear, sweat damage, cosmetic damage), the refund is denied with an appeal path.
  • Items returned past the window. No exceptions for change-of-mind. Defective items have a separate 14-day window per UAE law.
  • Tier D items. Custom installations, opened hygiene items, special orders — disclosed at checkout and confirmed at delivery.
  • Items damaged after delivery acceptance, unless covered by warranty for that specific defect type.
  • Repeated return abuse. Customers with 3+ disputed returns may be added to our internal blacklist. We reserve the right to refuse future orders.
