Lying Leg Curl

The Volksgym Lying Leg Curl S5-08 is a selectorised prone hamstring curl from the S5 Mid-Range Professional series — the gold-standard hamstring isolation position used in bodybuilding and rehabilitation. At AED 8,099, the S5-08 has you lying face-down and curling a padded lever toward your glutes, which puts your hamstrings in their longest, most stretched starting position — making this the most effective hamstring isolation machine for developing the full muscle belly from origin to insertion.
