Adjustable Bench

The Volksgym VG-011-B is the only foldable adjustable bench in the Volksgym range — designed specifically for UAE apartment dwellers who need a proper adjustable bench for dumbbell training but don't have the space to leave it set up permanently. At AED 1,099 and just 14.5 kg, it folds flat for storage behind a door, under a bed, or in a closet between sessions.

Built for small spaces

Most adjustable benches weigh 25–36 kg and take up permanent floor space. The VG-011-B solves the apartment problem: unfold it for your workout, fold it back when you're done. At 14.5 kg, one person can carry it from storage to workout area without strain.

The trade-off is stability under heavy loads. At 14.5 kg, this bench is less stable than the 32 kg FWB-14 or the 25 kg VB-31 when pressing heavy dumbbells. For dumbbell work up to 15–20 kg per hand, the VG-011-B is perfectly adequate. If you're pressing 30+ kg dumbbells, choose a heavier non-foldable bench.
