What weight boxing gloves should I buy in the UAE?+
For most adult bag work and pad training, 12oz to 14oz is the sweet spot. Heavier sparring partners and bigger fighters usually move up to 16oz. Beginners and lighter fighters can start at 10oz to 12oz.
Are these gloves suitable for sparring or just bag work?+
Yes. The layered foam padding and wrist support make them suitable for both bag and pad work and for controlled gym sparring at most weights.
How do I care for boxing gloves in UAE humidity?+
Air them out after every session, never leave them sealed in a kit bag in a hot car, and wipe the lining with a dry cloth. Hand wraps under the gloves help absorb sweat and extend their life.
