UAE shipping zones

We deliver across the entire United Arab Emirates. Most areas get free next-day delivery. The Western Region (Al Dhafra) requires a custom quote because routes vary by exact location.

Ruwais, Madinat Zayed, Liwa, and surrounding areas have variable delivery routes — fees and timing depend on exact location. Share your Google Maps location on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the exact fee + ETA before you place the order.

Order before 2 PM Sun–Thu = same-day dispatch on Zones A & B. Friday/Saturday cutoff: orders placed after 2 PM Friday are dispatched Sunday morning.

White-glove install (heavy equipment)

For treadmills, ellipticals, multi-station home gyms, and other large equipment, we offer professional in-home installation. Your delivery team:

Brings the equipment to your selected room
Assembles + tests it in front of you
Removes packaging waste
Walks you through setup, console, app pairing

Install is included free on most large equipment, or available as an add-on at the cart for AED 150–500 depending on item size and floor walkup. The install fee, if any, is shown clearly on the product page.

Floor walkup surcharge

Buildings without a working freight elevator may require manual carrying for heavy items. We charge AED 50 per floor (only if elevator unavailable). This is confirmed by phone before delivery — never silently added.

What if I'm not home?

Our delivery team calls 30 minutes before arrival. If you're unavailable, we reschedule for the next working day at no charge (one reschedule). After two missed deliveries, redelivery fee may apply.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link via SMS + WhatsApp once your order ships. Or visit Track Order with your order number.

International shipping

We currently ship within the UAE only. For GCC bulk orders or B2B, contact B2B / Bulk Orders.
