By using unitedfitnessstore.com (“the site”) you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Proxima Global Ventures FZC, registered in the UAE. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase. Delivery is currently limited to the United Arab Emirates.

2. Products and pricing

• All prices are in AED and inclusive of 5% VAT unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors before shipping
• Product images are illustrative; actual color may vary slightly
• Stock availability is updated in real time but not guaranteed until order confirmation

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order through this site is an offer to buy at the listed price. We accept the offer only when we send an order confirmation. Payments are processed by Shopify, Stripe, Tabby, Tamara, or other authorized providers. We do not store card details on our servers.

4. Delivery and risk

Free standard delivery is offered across the UAE on most products (some heavy equipment may have a delivery surcharge — disclosed at checkout). Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to the buyer once items are delivered to the shipping address.

5. Returns, refunds, and warranty

Returns follow our Refund Policy. Warranty terms are product-specific — see each product page's “Warranty” section. Manufacturer warranties are honored through UFS-authorized service partners in the UAE.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site (logos, photos, text, design) is the property of UFS or our licensors and is protected by UAE copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, scrape, or republish without written permission.

7. User accounts and conduct

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, fraud, or to disrupt service
• Reviews must be honest and based on real product use; fake reviews are removed

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages such as lost time, gym downtime, or rental costs while a product is being repaired or replaced.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Significant changes will be announced via email or banner notice.
