What size basketball hoop should I install at home?+
Most UAE home setups use a 45cm to 75cm rim. Adults practising regulation shooting use 45cm. Smaller hoops or 75cm wide-target rims work better for casual shooting and trick play.
Will an outdoor basketball hoop survive UAE summer?+
Coated steel rims with weatherproof finish are built for outdoor UAE use. To extend life, mount under shade or a balcony overhang where possible. Avoid prolonged direct sun.
What is the difference between Size 5, 6 and 7 basketballs?+
Size 7 is regulation for adult men's matches. Size 6 is regulation for women and youth. Size 5 is for kids. Pick by age and league rules, not just preference.
Can I dunk on a wall-mounted hoop?+
Light dunks are fine on Spall steel rims mounted on solid concrete or steel walls. Aggressive grab-and-hang dunks can stress wall mountings, especially on plasterboard. Use a freestanding system for full dunk play.
